All the access data bellow can be of temporary nature and can be changed after we install and configure PanStore synchronizator.

 

If you are using VPN to connect to pantheon database

RDP access of a computer where PANTHEON database is located (mssql server). Since PanStore sinchronizator is running as a windows service, the user must have administrator rights so he is able to install the service
